This site (n8secure.co.uk, the “Site”) is operated by N8 Secure Solutions Ltd (“N8 Secure”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number [COMPANY NUMBER]), registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS]. (Note: Yes this isn’t done yet - unprofessional but will be updated once the legal work is done.)

By accessing or using the Site, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You must not misuse it, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or scraping or copying content other than as the law permits.

5. No reliance
Information on the Site is general, provided in good faith, and not professional advice. Any work we carry out for you is governed by a separate agreement between us, don’t rely on the Site’s content in place of that.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, policies or availability of those sites.
7. Our service platforms
Access to any client portal or service platform we operate (for example, our service management system) is provided under separate terms made available to authorised users. These Terms of Use do not grant any right of access to those platforms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on its content
- We are not liable for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill)
These limitations do not affect any rights or remedies you have under a separate service agreement with us.

10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
